The Air-Liner is a high-quality polymer insert, which replaces a portion of the air volume in the tire. This trait, combined with the shape, provides a tunable system that enhances your ride performances. The Air-Liner destroys the traditional compromise of stability vs. grip, and allows your tires to remain stable, grippy, and controlled, even at low pressures.The Air-Liner is designed using a round cross section, with channels on the top and bottom. The top channel provides room for the tunable air chamber that sits directly beneath the tire tread. Upon impact, the corner edges of the channel flex first, and progressively build to the thicker portion, as the tire is compressed. This allows the tread to remain flexible, which increases traction, without sacrificing impact resistance. The bottom channel allows for easy fine-tuning of the air chamber, and allows for full compatibility of all valve core styles. The round cross-section shape mimics the natural shape of the tire, and supports a greater contact area within the sidewalls of the tire casing. Side-to-side tire stability is increased, yet the tread remains soft and grippy. This improves cornering, climbing, and braking performance.• Protection: Both wheel and tire are protected by the Air-Liner insert. By cushioning impacts from within the tire, your expensive rim remains protected, while eliminating flats caused by rim-strike impacts. • Control: The Air-Liner insert replaces air volume in the tire. The reduced air volume allows the tire to compress and rebound in a more controlled manner compared to standard tubeless systems. • Performance: Side-to-side tire stability is increased, yet the tread remains soft and grippy. Rim and tire protection for your TLR Gravel bike.
For tyre size from 31mm to 40mm - Rim internal widhth up to 25mm max.
Works with 650b or 700c wheels - simply cut to length.
Protection: The Air-Liner GRAVEL insert absorbs impacts, preventing the risk of pinch-flats, while simultaneously reducing tire burping at the bead, since the Gravel specific shape produces a beadlockfor your tire.
Control: Air-Liner GRAVEL replaces a portion of air volume inside the tire, allowing for lower pressure, and a more controlled deformation. This allows for better tire grip, and significantly reduced handlebar vibration when compared to a standard tubeless-ready set-up.
Performance: Air-Liner GRAVEL increases lateral stability without compromising grip and adherence. This allows for better cornering, climbing and braking performance.
Durability: The polymeric material of Air-Liner GRAVEL is extremely durable. In normal conditions, it lasts up to 2000 hours of use; or 1 hour completely run-flat.
Air-Liner GRAVEL is re-usable and very easy to install – as easy as mounting an inner tube inside your tire – and it is compatible with tubeless-ready tires only and with 3-way valves (in the packaging, a
5-way valves is provided for ultimate airflow). The insert can be used with sealant – preferably without ammonia.
Air-Liner GRAVEL is compatible with wheels of any diameter up to 29” (700c), and up to 25mm internal rim width. For ensuring the best fitment with any wheel, the insert has been designed to be cut according to the desired wheel diameter. Air-Liner GRAVEL is available in one size only.

HOW DO I MAKE AN ORDER?
- Just click on the product or collection of your choice, click the 'ADD TO CART' button to add it to your cart and this will show up in the right hand corner of the website.
- Agree to the Terms of Service.
- You can leave special instructions or change the quantity you need.
- Next click 'CHECKOUT' to be taken to the personal information and payment page.
- Enter your email & delivery address.
- Choose a Shipping option and enter any discount codes or gift cards you may have.
- Finally Choose a Payment Option from Credit Card, Paypal, Zip or Afterpay and then push "Complete Order." You will be notified via email with an attached pdf receipt.

HOW LONG DOES AN ORDER TAKE TO ARRIVE?
We have a large range of products on our online store and not all these items are held in stock. Some items will be drop shipped from the New Zealand importer. If the importer is out of stock of your ordered item, we will notify you. If any items in your order are out of stock you will have the option to backorder until the item arrives, have part delivery of your order or cancel the entire order. Note: you will only be charged for items sent to you.
Items are generally shipped within 3 days of placing your order. We deliver to all addresses within New Zealand and delivery usually takes around 1 week. Delivery costs are calculated when you confirm your order. We offer freight free ordering on all packages over $99+. If your order is under $99 we charge a flat rate of $9 for North Island. $12 for South Island, Waiheke Island and Rural delivery and $25 for Bike Frames/ Bikes or extra large/ heavy orders. We review these charges from time to time and the checkout system will reflect the current freight charge.

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at shop@veloworkshop.co.nz. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: 11 Kent Street, WKO, Hamilton 3204, New Zealand.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items) or gift cards. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at shop@veloworkshop.co.nz.
